Return PolicyAll of In & Out Cabinetry products are brand new and factory tested for quality before leaving our factory.
Because of the nature of CUSTOM cabinet making there are no exchanges or refunds.
Any defective product can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
You must call or email us for an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. This is required.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Defective Items can be returned for EXCHANGE ONLY of same product. We package all products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Damage may still occur occasionally. Buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver's presence. Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier's damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer's right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as us from any further damage claims. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.
All damages must be notified to carrier and us within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notation on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is the amount the buyer paid to us and is not negotiable. All disputes about the settlement amount should be addressed with the carrier. We under no circumstances, shall be liable for the damaged product or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.
Shipping PolicyAll In & Out product is given a ship date once payment is received for your order. We will keep you notified if there is delays or problems with the trucking company delivering your order,
We will get a rate quote at the time of your order and it will be on your order confirmation. We extend to you any shipping discounts that we receive from the trucking company (no additional discounts available).
Our cabinetry is much heavier than normal wood cabinetry--do expect higher than normal shipping charges. We can quote a tentative rate prior to order. We will give an actual rate quote at time of order. Rates are determined at time of billing.
Changes / Corrections / Cancellations of orders: Changes / Corrections are to be made at the time that you receive confirmation verification. Fax them to In & Out immediately.
Cancellation of an order after confirmation/ verification will result in a charge of the amount of materials and labor that has already been accrued in the manufacturing process plus an additional 20% charge.

Lifetime Limited Warranty:
In & Out hereby warrants to the original purchaser, that all standard Signature Series cabinets and accessories are free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty is not transferable and is for residential applications only. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the defective part at the discretion of In & Out Cabinetry, and does not include labor, for removal or replacement. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by improper handling, storage assembly or disassembly, intentional damage, product modification, accidental misuse, abuse or negligence.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIOD OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY STATED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL IN & OUT CABINETRY BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Claims - All claims for defective cabinets or accessories must be submitted to In & Out Cabinetry in writing and must specify the defects alleged to be present in the cabinets or accessories, it will, at its discretion, either repair or replace any defective cabinets or accessories.
Are there additional charges for different door styles and/ or colors?No. Any Standard door style and color does not change the price of the cabinets.
--NOTE-- We include the toe kick that covers up the front legs underneath the cabinets at no extra charge.
